**Cancellation Policy** We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. To help us maintain our schedule and accommodate everyone effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: * **Cancellations within 48 hours:** Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to **50% of the total appointment cost**. * **No-call, no-show:** Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice may be charged **up to 100% of the total appointment cost**.
